“It freaking worked!” I said with wild excitement, my fists pumping in the air triumphantly.

I could barely control my excitement, and even more so now that Moses was here. Thankfully, he came with some bottles of beer, as though he knew that we had something to celebrate about.

“She agreed just like that?” Moses asked me even though he was clearly excited as well.

“You underestimate my abilities sometimes,” I said lightly.
