Inviting Emilio to my house was all part of the plan. After discovering that he was the cause of Adriana's mental struggles, I needed to uncover what he had done to her, leaving her so traumatized that she fell unconscious at the slightest trigger.

When I told him that he could stay in my house, I couldn't help but find his expression amusing. The way he looked at Adriana each time intrigued me, and I felt compelled to dig deeper.
