As I lay down on the bed in my bedroom, resting, someone knocked on my door.

When I went to open the door, I saw Luis standing there, an indifferent expression on his face. I told him to come in and he did.

"Sir, I have news," Luis said once we were settled. His voice was tight with the weight of what he knew.

“Go ahead, I'm listening."

"I overheard Diego arguing with Adriana today. She told him... she told him that you were the one who killed your wife.”
