Summer POV

I woke with a start. My clothes stuck to my skin from sweat. My hair was damp, and my limbs ached. The last thing I remembered was falling asleep in Ezra’s arms. The room was dark, but there was no way it was still night time. I pushed the heavy covers aside. I was alone in the massive king-sized bed. I tiptoed to the curtains and pushed them aside.
