“Lace with wolf’s bane,” Ezra said, placing a knife in my palm. “Silver bullets.” He pulled out a gun from the duffel bag.

“Silver’s illegal! You’re not supposed to have this.”

He raised his brow at me. “I’m the Alpha.”

“What else do you have in there?”

“Enchanted chain, courtesy of Henrietta.”

I ran my fingers through the large metal chain. “Am I supposed to use this on my wolf?”
