A gunshot rang through the night making me jolt from the bench. I haven't felt Mike's hands on my body yet but the thud of a body falling onto the ground reached my ears. My eyes widened like saucers and I gasped so loud at the scene in front of me that i forgot to release the breath I just inhaled.
