ALPHA WILLIAMS POV:

“Why would she reject me?” Alpha will said pacing in his chambers.

“I'm not sure it has anything to do with you” Leo beckoned.

“Then why would she reject me? Any girl would be more than happy to be with me even as a side chick talk more of being my Luna, I'm tall and very manly” he said looking at his reflection in the mirror, Leo giggled.

“Don't tell me you're flustered, I guess your mate is a tough one huh, just like you”

“This is no laughing matter Leo, what if I never get another mate, the people are seriously talking now more than ever”

“Well… I think we should give her sometime, she might come around, she's alpha ray's daughter after all, he'll talk to her”

“We don't have that much time, I'm going to court her”

“Are you serious? I don't think this is a good idea”

“She has to be my Luna” alpha will said giving his reflection a determined stare.

The next day Jess was having breakfast with her family when the heard the sound of cars trooping into the compound, they all rushed out to the window and to their surprise the alpha lycan and his convoy were outside.

Madam Miriam rushed out to welcome the lycan and was greeted by ten maids carrying flower bouquet each and many pleasant gifts.

Jess watched in awe as the maids trooped in with the gifts, her mate was so romantic.

“Why can't he just accept his fate and move on?” She said to herself, she blushed hard.

Stepping out of the car looking more handsome than ever, Jess' heart melted as he walked towards her accompanied by beta Leo.

“Sorry for taking you by surprise Luna Miriam” he said to madam Miriam but locking eyes with Jess, he just couldn't get his eyes off her.

“It's alright my Lord, you're welcome here anytime, any day” she curtsied nudging Jess to do same.

“You're welcome alpha lycan” Jess stammered, he just smiled.

“ How are you doing, miss….?”

“Jessica, Jessica Ray and I'm..err good” why was her heart beating so fast, why did the alpha lycan have to be so charming, she's losing her cool.

“Please come in” her mom intervened.

“And what about alpha ray?” He asked concerned that the alpha had not come out to greet him.

“He stepped out few minutes ago, but I'm sure he'll be back once he hears that you're right here in his house”

Alpha Williams smiled.

“ We were just having breakfast, care to join us?”

“Sure” he answered to Jess’ surprise, she giggled, poor alpha he came all the way down because of her.

They sat down once again on the dining table, just then the door flung open and alpha ray walked in.

“To what do I owe this special visit”

Alpha Williams stood up and exchanged pleasantries with alpha and they sat back down to enjoy breakfast as Jess served everyone.

“Miss Jess, I'm actually here because of you not to pressure you into becoming my Luna but for us to start off as friends if that will be okay with you?”

“Of course, I didn't mean to reject you I just had my reasons…”

Alpha ray started to cough loudly to counter Jess’ words.

“I mean, I just needed sometime to think everything through”

“ That's okay, you have plenty of time to think, I won't rush you but I'll also like you to get to know me first at least before turning me down, that's why I'm here to ask you if you'll like to go on a date with me this evening?”

The room fell silent as everyone waited for Jess to reply the alpha lycan, she could feel her father's hot stare choking her.

“That's fine, a date it is”

Alpha Williams sighed.

“Thank you very much, I'm grateful” he continued his meal happily.

“ Don't you dare screw this up” her father said to her few hours later as she got ready to leave for the date with alpha Williams.

Alpha Williams had sent one of his nice cars to pick her up.

The journey to the venue was a long one but worth it as Jess relaxed herself in the expensive car enjoying AC and cool music, how did he know her style.

She walked into the reservoir and noticed everywhere was quiet and lonely, the alpha must have booked the whole place to themselves, how adorable.

Alpha Williams sat looking anxious as ever and Jess could only blush when she saw him, immediately he sighted her he stood up and helped her to her sit like the perfect gentleman.

“ Thank you for honoring my invite, miss Jess”

“Pleasure is mine, my Lord” Jess bowed in honor.

The alpha lycan fell all over again in love with her as she spoke to him with so much kindness and respect.

He signaled to the waiter they held a procession of all kinds of Jess’ favorite food, he had earlier asked Leo to do a research on Jess and made sure he got everything she loved.

Just like him she loved the normal life, and romantic dates with lots of good food, he was more than happy to see her feeling bright and much better around him.

“I hope we can do this again” he said with eager eyes to Jess.

“Sure” she smiled, she seemed impressed.

Jess fell asleep that night thinking of the alpha lycan, his cute smile, smooth skin and the way he handled her with care, he was definitely her spec and the moon goddess made no mistake in making him her mate.

From dinner dates to ice cream dates, to taking a walk in the park, meeting up at the library, texting to late night calls, Jess fell head over heels in love with the alpha lycan so one night while they sat under a tree in the dead of the night he asked her respectfully to be his Luna queen and she said YES.
