I gaped at him while my heart constricted at his allegation. Did he really think I had escaped to Alpha Zach? I didn’t even know the guy!

“Are you crazy? Why would I escape to him?” I muttered, fixing my towel securely around me. “Now can you leave? I need to wear my clothes.”

He turned a deaf ear to my words as his heated gaze swept over me. It sent a warm flush up to my cheeks. “There’s nothing I haven’t seen before. Answer me!”
