Lena’s POV

I stopped instantly, realizing the purr was emanating from Zephyrus’ chest. It wasn’t a satisfied sound at all. It was like an angry hum!

“Who were you talking to for so long, Zephyrus?” He grunted in response and stormed into the kitchen. I frowned at his change in attitude. What happened to him? What did I do now?
