I didn't know if my Dad was going to prefer me not picking up his calls or picking up his calls and keeping silent till he hung up. After picking up his call two days ago, I didn't say a word I just listened to him speak until he hung up. He was pleading with me to come see him at the hospital he was at because he had some things he wanted to say to me. I did the same thing again when he called yesterday.
