“ She what?” Mason asks. He looks at me like what he just heard is the most ridiculous thing he has ever heard. I mean,I can't blame him and just reactions is on point.

That's the same look I had when she gave me that answer. The difference is,I felt humiliated back then.

“ You heard me. The only thing I can offer to her is a dick.”

Saying it out loud is embarrassing enough. If this isn't Mason I am confessing to, I'd rather keep that humiliating moment all to myself.
