Xavier came around behind me, wrapped both arms around my waist, and suddenly made a fist with his hand and pulled it inward so hard that a stream of shocking air caused me to spit out the chocolate aluminum shell that was blocking my throat.

The Heimlich maneuver saved me from choking to death, but it didn't stop the aluminum shell from cutting my throat, and I collapsed in pain on top of Xavier, vomiting a mouthful of blood while my lips rose high.
