The sirens of the ambulances sounded awful and I could hardly forget them. I escaped with my life, but such a tragedy had to happen for me to realize that I had a father and that he had just almost sacrificed his life for me. Now I stand with my heart in my throat and pray he will get over this. 

We all arrived at the hospital and were taken care of. Francesca and I had some superficial wounds. The rest were fine.
