Something is wrong. Very wrong. My stomach churns violently. Twists. Rolls. Like something alive is clawing inside me.

The wine. Did I drink too much? Too fast? The taste was fine. Perfect even. So why does my stomach feel like this?

No. This feels different. Worse. Sharper. Like something toxic working through my system. Attacking me. Destroying me from the inside.
