She proposes a reorganization of the medical supply system. More efficient distribution. Better inventory tracking. Streamlined processes.

The elders approve it immediately. Praise her initiative. Her practical thinking.

And just like that, Rachel takes control of the herb storage. The medicine preparation area. The distribution schedules.
