The room is beautiful. Luxurious even. Thick carpet beneath our feet. Expensive furniture carefully arranged. Silk curtains hanging against the walls. Crystal chandelier overhead.

But there are no windows. None at all. Just small ventilation slits near the ceiling. Narrow. High up. Unreachable.

A prison. No matter how beautiful. No matter how comfortable. Still a prison.
