Edna pov

　　It was overwhelmed by the whole thing, and the news of Grandma wanting me to get married all of a sudden.

　　I was struggling to say a word because I was sobbing seriously. My dad was seated beside me waiting to hear what I have to say.

　　"I don't know what to say, I just feel like a lot has been going on recently and maybe this is the right time for me to cry them out." Alpha Baron listened attentively to what I was saying to him.

　　"I spent almost all my life in the pack house as a maid until I was kicked out of the pack and luckily you found me." I paused and cleaned my tears. The whole thing was making me very emotional because I never imagined my life to change in one night.

　　"Calm down." Alpha Baron said to me and patted my back gently.

　　"I was happy when I got here, I never imagined to live such a beautiful life and now all of a sudden I'll be leaving," My dad held my hand and turned to look at my face.

　　"You don't have to feel bad, I am going to find you the best mate." Alpha Baron said to me trying to make me feel better.

　　While we were trying to bond more his phone rang, "not now." Alpha Baron said and brought out the phone to check the caller, he realized the caller is someone important and it's a call he needs to pick.

　　"Go freshen up and come down for dinner." My dad said to me with a smile as he walked out of my room. I stood up from the bed and walked closer to the mirror so I can take a look at myself through the mirror.

　　I stood there for some time trying to wrap my head around what is going on in my life and what decision to make. Even though I know I don't have a say in what happens.

　　I sat on the couch in front of my mirror and cleaned my face. After cleaning my face I walked to the bathroom to take my night shower. While I was showering I used the opportunity to control my mindset and try not to let things bother me.

　　Now I have to think of how to face the whole family during dinner, the thought of it made me feel sick, then I remembered Amber is still upset with me, I suddenly felt the urge to fake an illness so o don't join them on the dinning.

　　While I was still struggling in my room I heard a knock on the door. My heart beat got faster because i could immediately tell that it was the maid knocking, I'm sure she's calling me for dinner.

　　"I'll be there soon." I said the person knocking and sat on the bed. I felt really sick with the way I was thinking about everything.

　　I decided to summon the courage and step out of the room. The moment I walked out of the room I sighted everyone from upstairs, they were laughing and talking. Watching them from here made me feel like I was not a part of the family.

　　I slowly walked downstairs and headed to the dining, the moment I got there they all stopped talking. It was so uncomfortable.

　　"My dear what took you so long?" My das asked, I smiled and turned to look at him as I was sitting on the chair. My eyes met with Amber and I could tell she was still upset with me. I picked up my spoon with the intention of eating.

　　"Have you thought of the reply to give grandma?" I paused eating the moment I heard what what my dad's you get brother said to me. I know that they are planning to choke me on this dining with the way they all became quiet when I walked in.

　　"I haven't." I replied almost immediately and started eating my food. I decided not to let any of them get to me because obviously that's their plan, they plan on making me upset and see me react.

　　"I wonder why mom would ask you to do such a thing, she really thinks you're Cassie." He said again and laughed. I was getting irritated by their side talks and how they kept dwelling on the same topic. They've said that same sentence since I started eating with them on the dining.

　　"Didn't you hear her call Edna Cassie, she still thinks Edna is her real grandchild (Cassie), and now poor Edna has to fulfil her wish with Cassie's name." I felt so sick listening to them. They were talking as if I was no longer on the dinning eating with them.

　　We've been good but listening to the way they are making it obvious they were really pissed to hear grandma tell me to fulfil her wish.

　　"Will you all stop and just eat." Alpha Baron caution them, obviously he was getting irritated too. I felt better when I heard Alpha Baron voice because I know as far as he has said something they are all going to remain mute and not say anything again.

　　We all continued eating and everyone renn my wined silent until we were done eating. After eating I stood up to leave the dinning.

　　"Edna, come over here." My dad called me, and without hesitating I walked closer to him and sat on the couch.

　　"Were you upset earlier." I was surprised to hear the question he asked me. I stared at his face thinking of the reply to give him.

　　"Yes, I was." I decided to tell him the truth.

　　"Why did you not tell them to stop asking you so much questions? You don't have to be calm with them, you are now a part of the family. If you keep staying quiet they will keep doing what they're doing." Listening to my dad I realized he was trying to tell me not to let them bully me, he wants me to be able to speak when they speak too. He wants me to be able to face them

　　"I just thought it'll be rude to speak when they're talking." I explained to my dad and sighed. He stared at my face and let out a soft smile.

　　"You've had enough for the day, go and rest in your room." My das said to me, immediately I stood up and headed upstairs.

　　When I was about to walk into my room I suddenly remembered Amber us still upset with me, I decided not to go in and I headed to Amber's room.

　　I hesitated a little before knocking on the door. "Amber," I called out her name softly. I know she is still upset with me but there's no way she's not going to open the door for me.

　　"Are you asleep?" I asked her but there was no response. I realized she was very upset because she has never acted this way towards me.

　　I didn't oersted her anymore instead I headed back to my room. My mood was completely down because I thought I could get her forgiveness this night and that would make me feel better.

　　The moment I walked into my room I saw someone laying on my bed.

　　"What are you doing here?" I asked still looking surprised.
