Writer's pov

　　While they were in the car Edna couldn't stop crying. Alpha Darrel kept checking on her while giving her tissues so can use them to wipe her tears.

　　"Are you going to miss this much?" Alpha Darrel asked Edna because she was crying too much. "Besides you two will get to see each other again, why are you crying?" Alpha Darrel asked. He really couldn't understand what was making her cry so much.

　　After a while Edna stopped drying and tried to calm herself down.

　　"Last night you talked about something." Alpha Darrel turned to look at Edna the moment he heard what she said.

　　"Yes we did." He replied to her almost immediately. Edna folded her hands across her chest and turned to look at Alpha Darrell.

　　"I want to join the company." Alpha Darrel was shocked to hear what she said. He was not expecting her to say such a thing.

　　"What do you mean?" He asked Edna so she could repeat in case he heard her wrongly.

　　"You heard me clearly." Edna replied to him. Alpha Darrel didn't find her reply cool, in fact he looked very shocked that Edna could request for something like that.

　　"You know mom…" Edna cuts in.

　　"There you go again as usual, how do you want us to improve our relationship when you're always concerned about what your mother thinks?" Edna said to him angrily. Alpha Darrel was quiet, he didn't give her a reply or say any more words until they hit back to the pack house.

　　"My darling son is back home." Alpha Darrel's mom said excitedly and hugged him. They both went into the house Edna sighed and carried her box into the house.

　　While Edna was walking in she sighted a familiar face. "Lilian?" She asked herself when She saw Lilian talking to Luna Becky and Alpha Darrel.

　　Same Lilian was sent out of the pack house and forced to quit her job and now she is back all of a sudden, did mother call her back.

　　Edna decided not to worry herself with stuff that will stress her; the maids continued from where she stopped and carried both boxes to the room. While Edna was heading upstairs she saw them all talking in the sitting room.

　　She felt a little envious but she shook it off immediately so it doesn't turn her into someone she's not. The moment she got to the room she sat tiredly on the bed.

　　"I miss their airway." Edna muttered and laid on the bed.

　　"She's so arrogant, didn't you see how she walked away from me." Luna Becky said angrily, referring to Edna. Alpha Darrel could not agree with her because he knew quite well that Edna is not that kind of person.

　　"Lilian you can leave us now, we have something important to talk about," Alpha Darrel said to Lilian who was still sitting with them forgetting she's not a family member.

　　The word from Alpha Darrel annoyed her but she chose not to get angry and just stay calm after all she has a target.

　　"Don't you think you sound too rude? Have you forgotten she's your friend?" Luna Becky said to Alpha Darrel angrily. Alpha Darrel was surprised to hear what his mother said to him. She has never liked Lilian because of her status as maid, and all if a sudden she's defending her.

　　"Mom you can't be real." He said angrily and walked away from her sight. Luna Becky was wondering why he was overreacting when it wasn't that serious.

　　Alpha Darrel walked back to his room unable to have the important conversation with his mom because of the way she behaved earlier. When he got to the room, he sat on the bed tiredly and sighed. Edna was almost done unpacking, she wasn't bothered to know what was troubling Alpha Darrel because she thought it might have something to do with her.

　　When she was done unpacking she sat on the bed and placed her hand on her forehead. "How do you feel now?" Alpha Darrel asked Edna when the room was too quiet.

　　Edna remembered what he told her and her reply that he's got to give a response to. "I feel better now." Edna replied almost immediately with a straight face.

　　After her reply they went back to being silent. "Did you tell mom about it?" Edna asked. Alpha Darrel shook his head when he heard the question she asked. Edna was a little disappointed but at the same time relieved. The thought of them having another misunderstanding because of her made her worry a little.

　　"Why are you suddenly interested In the work?" Alpha Darrel asked. Edna heaved a sigh when she heard the question.

　　"I need somewhere to visit everyday, since I have none, I would rather go to work everyday." Edna replied and turned to look at Alpha Darrell.

　　Alpha Darrel also turned to look at her and their eyes met.

　　"I need to have my shower now." Edna said and stood up from the bed. The moment she walked into the bathroom she recollected the stare they gave each other, he looked like he was in love with her. But Edna was not ready to give herself false hope and started thinking he's in love with her.

　　She took her bath and walked out of the bathroom. The moment she walked out there was a knock on the door, they both knew it was time for dinner. Edna changed into something comfortable and stepped out of the room and followed behind her was Alpha Darrel.

　　When they got to the dining Alpha Darrel wasn't pleased to see Lilian serving dinner and the way she was dressed was very inappropriate for her position.

　　"What's with the outfit Lilian?" Alpha Darrel asked her. She turned to look at him When he asked the question, she was not bothered about the question he asked, she was more pleased to see that he noticed she was wearing something different.

　　Edna turned to look at Alpha Darrel and she could tell he was pissed, it surprised her because both of them used to be very close friends, what happened to their friendship.

　　Edna sat down and Lilian served her food, after serving they stared at each other for a while. Edna felt shivers around her skin with the way Lilian stared at her. That was a killer stare.

　　After serving she walked away from the dining and Luna Becky joined them.

　　"Hmmm, we're having my favorite for dinner, Lilian sure knows how to make me happy." Luna Becky muttered with a smile on her face. She was only making Alpha Darrel more pissed with the way she was saying good things about Lilian.

　　"When did you start loving her? I can recollect Beth well how you always talked down on her and all of a sudden she's your favorite girl." Alpha Darrel said to his mother angrily. Luna Becky was not slightly offended by his eyes because she knew he was telling the truth.

　　"Everything changed." Luna Becky replied Alpha Darrel and started eating her food. Edna was speechless because she was slowly calculating the whole movement and she was getting a conclusion already.

　　"I can't take you serious again." Alpha Darrel said to his mother and started eating his food.

　　"You two didn't bother to fret me anything, oh my goodness such a bad son." Luna Becky said and turned to look at Edna, she noticed Edna had been too quiet and it felt too peaceful for her. She stared at Edna for a while and cleared her throat.

　　"When are you two going to start preparing to make me a grandmother?" Luna Becky asked. Alpha Darrel turned to look at his mother in shock. While Edna choked on the water she was drinking.

　　She drank more water to calm herself. "What's with the commotion over a simple question.

　　"Mom, you know very well that we just got together, we're talking our time," Alpha Darrel replied his mother trying to convince her. Edna turned to look at Luna Becky.

　　"I am not as patient as you two think, I need my grandchildren." She said to them and continued eating.

　　"If you insist, we're just going to do it." Aloha Darrel said to his mother.

　　Luna Becky was shocked to hear what he said to her. She was only trying to scare them with the topic and now Alpha Darrel is taking her seriously.

　　"What did you just say?" Luna Becky asked curiously. Alpha Darrel smiled and turned to look at her.

　　"Edna and I will consider making babies now." A plate dropped from Lilian's hand the moment she heard what Alpha Darrel said. Edna turned to look at him as well, she thought he was joking because he really can't be serious about that.
