Alpha Darrel pov

　　I knew that Edna would have no one available to take care of her in the house if I leave for work that's why I took it as a responsibility to watch after her and make sure that she recovers as fast as possible.

　　While I was on the dinning I watched mom yell angrily. I wanted to reply her but I was still too upset with her and I had no words for her. She made Edna miss her birthday party and not only did she make her miss it, she put the young girl's life at risk. If Edna was not my wife I would still be upset because that was totally wrong for mom to do.

　　After the breakfast I walked away from the dinning and headed back to the room so that I can help Edna out of the bathtub. I know mom was going crazy because of the silent treatment I was giving her, but this was my way of telling her that I didn't abs would never approve if what she did to Edna.

　　No one deserves to be treated such a way.

　　When I got back to the room it was time to help her out of the bathtub because she's been in there for almost an hour already. When we got to the room I helped get seat ok the bed and did a little massage on her leg. Edna held my hand trying to stop me. I raised my head to look at her when she stopped me.

　　"You don't have to do all this as a sign of apology for what your mom did." Edna said to m. I was surprised to hear what she said because I never knew she was thinking I was doing all this just to make my mom less guilty.

　　"And what makes you think I'm doing this because of my mom?" I asked her and continued what I was doing. Edna looked at my face, it looked like she was really expecting me to say something about not doing it because of my mom.

　　She sighed several times. I raised my head to loo at her because it was obvious there was something troubling her.

　　"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked her and she shook her head almost immediately.

　　"There is nothing wrong with me, I am just having a recollecting of everything that happened yesterday.

　　"I didn't know I was such a good runner until yesterday when I wax chased by Rogues." I was shocked to hear what she said. How was she chased by rogues when she was in a pack.

　　"Is the pack under an attack?" I asked curiously and she shook her head immediately. Then I suddenly remembered few days ago mom and I were having a conversation and I made mention of a pack where the rogues have taken over and No werewolf can be seen there else they will be killed. Hearing Edna tell me this made me realize that mom must have sent her to the sane pack I told her about. I suddenly dawned on me that mom was not trying to send her out of the birthday party but maybe she just wanted Edna to be killed in the pack.

　　I stood up firm the bed and was about to leave when Edna held my hands.

　　"Please don't fight her, it won't change anything, it'll only make her hate me more." Edna said to me while holding my hand. I clenched my teeth angrily and turned to look at her. "Can't you see that ste tried to kill you?" I asked angrily.

　　It was still a shock to me that my mother was such a person and all my life I have believed everything she said to me even the ones she said about Edna. Little did I know that she hated Edna this much, she was only saying those words to make me hate Edna.

　　"If she can try to kill you then you are not safe in this house." I concluded and sat back on the bed. I decided to listen to Edna because confronting mom would only make her see Edna as the main enemy and the reason she and her son are having such a big misunderstanding.

　　Edna turned to look at me and keg out a soft smile. "At least I'm safe and back now." Edna said to me with a faint smile, I knew what she was trying to do, I know she was trying to make me not too upset with mom so that way I won't go out of my way and speak to her in a way that would offend her.

　　After a while she already had a bath and want back to sleep, the doctor came to the house to see her, he gave her done medications after checking her and he told me she will be back on her feet again in no time.

　　I was in the sitting room taking care of some work at home when I sighted Lilian standing In front of me. I was wondering what she wants and why she was standing there.

　　"How may I help you?" I asked her without looking at her face.

　　"Alpha Darrel I'm sorry? I don't know if you would ever find a place in your heart to forgive me for old times sake." I raised my head when I heard her talk about old times sake, when she did t think of her friend for old time sake.

　　She had the plan with mom abs she never thought of what would have happened to Edna in such a horrible place.

　　"Did you just say old time sake?" I asked her with an angry look. She took some steps back and I looked away.

　　"When Edna was in the woods running for her life you were here with mom, happy and enjoying the party because you two thought she was going to die there, but guess what? She returned home safely.

　　I knew at this point I was being petty abs trying to drag the issue more than I was supposed to take it.

　　"I didn't know about that, I didn't know it was a dangerous place, all I was told is that she would go get the dress, then later I found out the dress had already arrived." I didn't know if I should believe her or not after hearing what she said to me.

　　The fact that she's always with mom made it hard for me to trust her because there's no way she didn't know what mom was up to by sending Edna to such a place, she can lie all she want but I know for sure that she knew the truth. After listening to her I only chose to stop being hard on her but that does not mean I will be nice either.

　　"I have heard you, you can leave already," I said to her. Lilian was thinking of it was okay to leave it not and I have something important to raje care of her presence was disturbing and she has firmly refused to walk out of my sight.

　　"I'm sorry." She apologized and walked away when I glared at her.

　　Albert walked into the house and walked towards me when he saw that I was busy.

　　"Hey," I said to him and paused what I was found forc a moment.

　　"You look stressed. How's Luna Edna doing?" Albert asked. I dropped what I was working on and rested my head on the chair.

　　"Don't you think it's better I build another Apartment for myself, then when it's time to address the cuts and the oabk I would return here, it'll just be like going to work everyday."

　　Albert sighed when he heard what I said, I'm sure he was wondering what had come over me and why I was saying something like that all of a sudden.

　　"Are you still mad at your mom?" Albert asked. Without wasting time I nodded my head. "Do you know she went to the present Dragon wing pack," a Albert covered his mouth he was also shocked to hear what Alpha Darrel said that's how bad the lack is known to be.

　　"Why would She send her to such a place, isn't she aware that things have changed there and werewolves are not to be seen there?" Albert asked. Darrel was quiet because he was finding it hard to tell his friend that his mother knew very well what she was doing before she sent Edna there.

　　"I told her about the pack two days ago. She intentionally sent her there," Albert was also shocked to hear what I said to him.
