Edna pov

　　"I'm their room."

　　"Ohh." I replied to her while nodding my head. "It must be really though for you." I said to her and we both smiled.

　　"It used to be easier when he was with us but now, things are so lot harder." Hearing her I already knew that she's not with the kids father. I was curious to know why he left but I didn't want to cross the line so I thought very hard before saying anything.

　　"Are you by any chance raising them all by yourself?" I asked her and she nodded her head almost immediately. I thought it must be really tough having to raise three kids all by yourself.

　　"I am." She replied and sipped her coffee too. I wanted to hear more but I was trying not to get too forward so I started breaking it down to bits.

　　"Did you two have a misunderstanding or is he no more?" I asked. She smiled when she heard my question.

　　"You are yet to ask my name," She said to me and we both laughed. I sensed she might not want to go into details because we still don't know each other too well for us to tell each other too much.

　　"What is your name?" I asked and we laughed again. I was feeling better while talking to her at least I don't have to think too much about Luna Becky and Lilian.

　　"My name is Cassandra." She said to me. "I'm Edna." I said to her and we both became quiet again. I wish I could spend the whole day with her and maybe the night as well. But it was totally impossible for me to do that.

　　"He didn't die, he left because we are werewolves," I was about to sip the coffee when I heard what she said, but after hearing that I couldn't sip it anymore.

　　"Was he not one of us?" I asked and she shook her head immediately.

　　"I wasn't always here, I used to live amongst humans as a child even though I knew I was different my parents had their ways of controlling me but when they died everything changed, I was already married to him and he promised to protect us, the only way we would be protected would he returning back to the pack, he agreed to follow me here."

　　There was a short pause as she had a little flashback.

　　"We were living happily together until one day he returned with scars and said he was almost bitten and how scared his is of dying or losing his human self, I knew I have been greedy all the while I was keeping him with me which is why I felt bad for him that day. " I felt emotional heating her story.

　　"I ended the relationship so he could find himself again." My heart broke for her when I heard what she said.

　　"He went with my little girl while I took the twins." I opened my eyes wider than normal when I found out they were more than two.

　　"Wouldn't it be hard for him to raise her with him and?" I asked curiously.

　　"It won't because she's not one of us, she's was born a complete human, though she has her special powers." It was amazing to hear her say she had a child that wasn't a werewolf.

　　"Do they know about her?" I asked referring to the twins. She nodded her head when she heard my question.

　　"Yes, they ask about her once in a while but they don't remember their dad anymore, maybe they know he's never coming back." Her story was so pitiful but sort of a good one too so I was conflicted between being happy get her or feeling bad for her.

　　Maybe her mistake was falling in love with someone that is not one of us in the first place.

　　"You don't have to feel bad for me, I'm happy with the few years we spent together and I know that he genuinely loved me." She said with so much confidence. I was happy to hear her say that part with so much confidence that he really loved her.

　　"Did you ever doubt his love for you? Even after he left you?" I asked curiously because I wonder why she was so confidence about his love for her.

　　"No, he never gave me a reason to." She replied almost immediately.

　　"What about you?" I was shocked when the question was diverted to me, I was enjoying the conversation until it was time for me to tell her my own story.

　　"Me? I don't have kids, got married one year ago." She let out a bright smile when she heard what I said.

　　"Wow, it's still very fresh." She said to me

　　"You two must still be all over each other." She said to me, I know that we are in a good place move but we've never been the lovey-dovey type of couple.

　　While we were having more conversations we suddenly heard the twins scream, both of us rushed to their room and saw one of them laying lifeless on the floor.

　　I was in shock, I was trying to catch my breath after seeing something so shocking.

　　"What happened here?" Cassandra asked as tears welled down her eyes.
