Writer's pov
The twin was rushed to the hospital and her twin brother was still in shock that he couldn't say anything to anyone, they kept asking him but he was not responding to anyone he just kept mute looking at everyone as they were running up and down trying to make his sister come back to life.
"Come here Damon." Cassandra said holding him really tight because she knew he was very scared especially after seeing his twin sister in such state.
"She's going to be fine." Edna said to Cassandra trying to calm her down.
They were both waiting for the doctor to tell them what's going on and why she lost consciousness all of a sudden.
After some minutes the doctor walked out of the emergency ward and they both stood up to hear from him.
"How is she?" Edna asked the doctor immediately.
"She's okay now, she will be awake in a few hours." The doctor replied to Edna and Cassandra was listening. They were both relieved to hear what the doctor said to them.
"What happened? Why did she collapse." Edna asked the doctor curiously. The doctor was suddenly quiet when he heard the question she asked.

Edna pov
"I don't think she's in the right state to hear what is wrong with the little girl, let's wait until she wakes up." The doctor said to me and walked away. I turned to look at Cas and sighed.
This same occurrence was making me remember the little girl with a beautiful voice back then during my honeymoon, it still feels like a nightmare to me that the little girl died few days after I met them and now I have to go through the same thing again?
I sat beside Cassandra and heaved a sigh.
"You need to get a grip of yourself." I said to Cassandra trying to stop her from thinking too much, what mattered right now is that the doctor confirmed she will be fine in a few minutes and she's out of danger, but Cassandra wouldn't stop panicking.
"I know I should feel better after hearing what the doctor said but I just couldn't help but worry, it's the first time she's behaving like that and I still don't know why that happened to her." Cassandra explained to me and I quietly listened to her. I knew that it was definitely tough on her with the way she was having and with the shock too but I needed her to be strong for Damon who is obviously also still in shock.
"I know you are still in shock but try and think about Damon and consider how the little boy is feeling as well." She turned to look at me and nodded her head. What feared her the most was losing another family member, she already let her first child go and also her husband but she couldn't afford to let her second child go like that.
"I will try to be strong for the sake of my son." She said to me while patting the little boy's head.
I checked the time and realized I was running late already, I left the house in the morning and it's already evening, I spent almost all day with her, though that's what I wanted. I checked my phone and there was already missed calls from Alpha Darrel, I thought he might be back from work already.
I turned to look at the woman and I couldn't think of the right way to tell her that I'm leaving, I wish I could stay with her all day but I have other things to take care of which is why I can't stay with her.
"I need to be on my way now." I said to her and let out a soft smile. She raised her head to look at me I really wish I could take Damon with me but if I do she will be aware of my identity and that's what I was avoiding as well.
While I was heading out of the hospital my phone rang and I picked it immediately because it was Alpha Darrel.
"I'm on my way already." I said to him and without saying anything he ended the call.
I stopped a cab and rushed inside immediately. While he was driving me home I couldn't stop thinking about Cassandra and how she would cope with the boy seeing her daughter in such state.
"I hope she feels better." I muttered to myself and rested my head on the car seat. After a while we finally arrived at the pack house, I got out of the cab and rushed inside the house. I wonder why he returned early today of all days.
When I got into the house I sighted Alpha Darrel in the sitting room with his legs crossed as he was waiting for me.
"Where were you?" He asked curiously the moment I walked into the house. I walked closer to him and sat beside him, seeing how upset he was it was obvious he had planned a surprise that my absence must have ruined.
"I'm so sorry, I thought of taking a walk around the pack because I was sick of staying indoor." I explained to him. He didn't look pleased to hear what I said instead he gave me an unconvinced look.
"What? You don't believe me?" I asked and looked at his face very well.
"Why are you so sure I don't trust you? Does it mean I might be right fit not trusting you?" I was feeling sick already trying to explain to Alpha Darrel and the way he was reacting was making things a lot harder for me.
"It's fine if you don't trust me." I said to him and stood up from the couch.
