Edna pov

　　Few days later.

　　Darrel, Lily and I moved into the pack house. Lily was the most excited one, I couldn't kill her joy with the horrible stories because she has no experience of what they can be like, so I just let her enjoy the moment.

　　"Oh my goodness, I can't believe we would be living here." Lily said to me while looking around the house.

　　"You said the same thing when we first returned." I reminded her. Lily chuckled when she heard what I said, but I know she could tell I was being too serious with the whole thing compare to how she's taking it.

　　"I mean it this time." Lily added with a smile on her face. Our luggage was still in the sitting room as we were waiting for the rest of the family to return home.

　　Minutes later Alpha Daniel, Becky and Hope returned home.Becky looked shocked to see Alpha Darrelthat was when I remembered Alpha Darrel told me how she hated him so much.

　　I turned to look at Darrel, I could tell he was only trying to mask his pain with confidence because deep down he wasn't as happy as he looked.

　　"What are you doing here?" Becky asked Alpha Darrel angrily.

　　"As you can see I'm back to dad's house. Daniel didn't tell you anything?" Alpha Darrel asked her.

　　"I see you've lost your sense of respect because how dare you call him by his name without the title attached to it." Becky asked angrily. It was such an embarrassing sight for me and I really wanted her to stop talking but it's his fight.

　　"Really? You want me to call him with respect?" Alpha Darrel asked and chuckled, I could see sadness in his chuckles, he was only trying to upset Becky.

　　"Have you forgotten who everything her belonged to?" Becky looked around feeling very uncomfortable because Alpha Darrel was already saying too much that would expose her. She but her lips angrily and glared at Darrel.

　　"Why are you two here together? Is there really something going on between both of you?" Alpha Daniel asked me all of a sudden. I wasn't expecting the question so he left me mute.

　　"She's my girlfriend, and we plan on getting married soon." Alpha Daniel looked shocked to hear what I said to him, Becky inclusive.

　　"What are you saying?" Alpha Daniel asked pretending not to understand what we were trying to say.

　　"You heard correctly Daniel." I replied to him and brushed my hair backwards. I never knew it would be this difficult to break the news to Daniel, I couldn't look him in the eyes while I was talking. Maybe I was yet to forgive him or I just didn't have the guts to.

　　"I know you are only saying this to get back at me for what I did to you back then, but can't you let go? We can go back to how we used to be." Alpha Daniel said to me and walked closer. I took some steps back when he got closer to me. I couldn't stand him at all, and hearing him tell such stupid lies made me even more angry.

　　"Go back to how we used to be? Have you forgotten how it was? I suffered everyday trying to make you happy, I wanted to see you smile everyday Daniel." I said to him angrily. I was frustrated after hearing him trying to sound like he never did anything wrong to me.

　　"I chose to return here not because I want to come back to your life but because this is my home, as long as it's Darrel's." Becky couldn't hide how shocked she was while listening to me. Lily was seated still admiring the house while Hope was obviously burning because of how much she hates me.

　　"As long as you know your boundaries..."

　　"Boundaries? Do you think you have the right to talk about boundaries, when you went as far as having an affair with a married man?" I asked angrily, I was too upset because she was already trying to act like the victim meanwhile she's not.

　　I could see she was fuming when she heard what i said, but there's nothing she can do about it because I didn't tell any lie.

　　"Edna you don't need to reply her anymore, let's go." Alpha Darrel said to me and held my hand, we both headed upstairs and Lily joined us immediately.

　　"That was scary." Lily said as we were walking upstairs, she headed to the guest room while Alpha Darrel and I chose a room for ourselves.

　　I fell on the bed tiredly while looking around the room. Nothing changed in the house, it's still the way it has been.

　　"What do you think he's going to do now?" I asked Alpha Darrel when he sat beside me.

　　"I don't know, but the Yolanda I know would not seat and watch me live here peacefully, I would have to keep you and my baby safe." Alpha Darrel said to me and pecked me on my forehead. I just had to trust him because I have lived here and I know that they are very scary people.

　　After a while it was time for dinner, shockingly the maids invited us for dinner, I was wondering why Becky would tell the maids to call us downstairs, it's not like she likes our presence here.

　　Three of us headed downstairs and joined them on the dinning. Daniel smiled when he looked at me, the smile on his face was so annoying that it made me hate him even more.

　　"Looks like you learnt how to smile a lot over the years." Alpha Darrel teased and looked at Daniel. Daniel smile slowly faded when he heard what Alpha Darrel said to him.

　　"You know you aren't welcomed here, so watch what you say. I'm still your Alpha brother." Daniel said angrily. Alpha Darrel was fuming, but Edna was holding his hand under the dinning trying to calm him down and not make him do anything stupid. He turned to look at her and smiled promising he wouldn't do anything stupid.

　　"Let's see how long the stolen title lasts." Alpha Darrel replied with a smile.

　　"How dare you?" Daniel asked angrily.
