Valerie.
“You see, several Magicians saw a vision or let’s say a precognition of what Draco would do to the world,” Garr explained and every word he said got me baffled, “your child is supposed to be a Tribrid and he would end all the worlds,” Garr continued.
A Tribrid? Wait. A Tribrid. As in three creatures.
“An part Vampire, part Werewolf, part Wizard, that’s what Draco would be,” he affirmed.
“See, an entire Mage Coven sacrificed themselves to purge earth and make it survivable for Magicians,” Garr stated.
“So trust me when I say they mean this and they would stop at nothing to see that Draco isn’t born into this world.”
My hand once again found it’s way to my stomach at I glanced at Xavier who also looked worried.
“Let’s not just stand here. We have to go,” Lycian said and I nodded.
“Here,” Garr said and he stretched out his hamds out, his fingers shining in a bright purple color. A gust of wind formed in the air and it turned slowly became purple before whirling around to form a portal.
He pointed at the portal and we nodded. Jenna and Nathan walked in first and I walked in next with the others following behind.

I opened my eyes again and tried to make out where I was through my blurry vision. I could spot some open curtains and sunlight flooded through the windows. Good thing I traded my vampire wings for survival in the sun.
I was no longer feeling the terrible pain I felt after waking up in that cell, but there was still that throbbing headache. I noticed I was lying on a bed and I was surprised. I tried to remember how I had gotten here and fragments of the previous day began to flip through my mind.
I rememered confronting that guard and being punished with Holy Water. I remembered a guard announcing the arrival of an alpha. I think Alpha…..Xavier and then I was sprayed with silver dust. My head ached the more even as I forced myself to remember, but that was all I could. I stopped trying even though I felt there was something very important to remember.
I climbed down from the bed and looked at what I was wearing. It was a simple night gown made of silk and it exposed an inconvenient amount of my thigh. There was a small flower slippers by the foot of the bed and I put them on before walking towards the wooden door cautiously.
I fisted my palms and wanted to break the door, but I suddenly felt the need to turn the door knob and I did. I was surprised to see that the door was open and I stood in the same spot for a while. I cautiously stepped one foot out of the door and when nothing happened, the rest of my body followed.
I tried to use my vampire instincts to navigate myself, but I couldn’t. The contact with too much silver dust must have affected me. I continued randomly in the left direction of the empty corridor and took note of everything I could spot on the way.
I began to hear the metallic clashing of swords and occasional low growls.
Werewolves.
I was close enough to these sounds and I peeped through the open door to see two men – two werewolves fighting with silver swords. The man on the left caught my attention as he was fighting so skillfully without any trace of emotion on his face.
Beyond that stoic expression, I could see the pain and regret buried deep in his dark eyes. He also had a huge body and intimidating appearance. Could be the Alpha?
If I was in a werewolf pack, I needed to find a way to leave quickly before I get spotted. That didn’t seem possible again though as I heard a low growl behind me.
“Vampire.” I turned around to see a lady staring fiercely at Mr and the two men training finally noticed me.

I gasped and blinked my eyes open as we stepped out of the portal before the the main pack mansion.
There were several men standing before us and they were holding swords pointed at us as we came out of the portal.
As they saw that it was us, they withdrew their swords and moved backward. They probably it was Magicians here to attack.
I looked at Garr as he coughed and looked uncomfortable.
He pointed at the left and I looked at the direction of his fingers to see a Werewolf holding a green Signum lamp.
“Take that away,” Lycian instructed and the Werewolf zoomed away with the lamp.
I watched color to Garr’s face and he faced me giving me an assuring nod that he was fine.
“The vision you just had is normal,” he said although I wanted to ask him already before I saw the Signum lamp.
“Your mind picks a random memory to show you when you travel through a portal,” he explained..
I looked at the Door of the mansion as it opened and Albert was standing there.
“I’ll come in.” I faced Xavier as I wanted to ask Garr some questions. He looked reluctant for a while and he stared at Garr suspiciously for a while before nodding in support and walking ahead into the mansion.
The others did too and Garr was about to follow them, but I grabbed his hand to stop him.
He turned around to face me looking at me inquiringly. I took my hand off him and rested my palms on my waist.
“I just found out today that I’m an Hybrid, what do you know about it?” I asked.
“Oh that,” he nodded, also confirming that he knew about this too.
“I didn’t know initially until Miranda returned from the adventurous journey she and her group went on after leaving earth,” he stated with sincerity.
“It’s something about doppelgangers and some stuffs across all the planes, she couldn’t explain well to me because she had to see you before she died,” he added.
All of this didn’t make any sense. Before she died she told me I had to find a man named Magnus on the second plane, but she didn’t say why.
“Does this have anything to do with me not knowing I have a Witch side?” I asked and he nodded in confirmation.
“She told me she locked away your witch side when you were a baby,” he replied and shrugged, “all I know is that there is a lot of things that you are yet to face or fulfill.”
