"Give me the Tribrid," the Witch yelled and threw another blast of energy at me. I zoomed out of the way in time, but almost immediately, another one was already heading in my direction.
I couldn't run so I instinctively raised up my hand. To my surprise, my hand glowed in a bright golden color and the scarlet blast hit the golden shield I had created, dispersing into the air.
Oh my god!! My witch powers. I just created a spell.
"You need to leave here now!" Kaden growled at the Witch and he moved closer to her.
Before he could get to her, she snapped her fingers and an invisible force lifted Kaden up in the air and tossed him across the hall, his back smashing against the wall.
"How dare you!" I yelled angrily and dashed at the Witch.
"Celeste." She chanted and an invisible force hit me on the chest and threw me to the floor.
I grunted in pain and looked at her fuming and looking around the hall. I was glad that I didn't bring Draco here today.
"Fine. He's a Tribrid and he won't get hurt so I might just go ahead and burn this place down to find him," She said and I saw her hands glow again. They turned from scarlet to red and she stretched out her hands.
I watched in horror as waves of fire rushed out of her hands and traveled closer. All of a sudden, Jordan zoomed forward and stood in front of everyone.
I watched the wave stop before him and his body glowed in a faint red color. He was absorbing the magic used to create the fire.
"Get everyone out or here now!" He shouted.
I stood up from the floor and saw Alfred walk close to me. Great, he was also a Vampire.
Immediately, the two of us began to zoom everyone out of the hall through the exit one after the other.
Soon, all the guests were outside and I closed the doors. The fire waves being released by the Witch soon faded away and Jordan's body stopped glowing.
"H......how?" The Witch asked in surprise and she looked at her own hands.
She looked up again and stared at Jordan, "A Reaper," she said and Jordan nodded.
I watched as Jordan stretched out his hands and a huge blast of energy fired out of his hands and hit the Witch, flinging her across the hall.
She groaned as she hit the wall and fell to the floor, she tried to stand up, but I stretched out my hands towards her.
My palms glowed in a bright golden color and an invisible force lifted her up and pressed her to the wall.
The Witch groaned as she tried to break free.
"Avenacii." She chanted and suddenly, scarlet waves burst out from her body and blasted all of us away.
I groaned as I fell to the floor and felt my rib crack. I gritted my teeth in pain and raised my head up a bit to see the Witch standing in front of the hall.
"Stella!" I heard Lucas scream and I grunted, turning around to check what happened. I gasped as I saw that Stella had fallen among the shattered chairs and a sharp piece of the chair had impaled her stomach.
Blood was flowing out of the injury, staining her white dress and she groaned in pain.
"Stella-" I muttered and quickly stood up, zooming towards her.
"Hang on," I said and grabbed the piece of the chair before suddenly yanking it out of her and causing her to yelp in pain.
Blood began to rush faster out of the injury and I quickly bit my wrist before holding it to her mouth. She drank my blood and soon, the blood stopped flowing and she slowly healed up.
"The Tribrid is not here. Where is he?" The Witch asked and I faced her.
"Why are you doing all of this??" I asked her and she sighed, twisting her neck in both directions. Her expression appeared dull for a while and her lips quivered, but she closed her eyes and when she opened it again, she had her fierce expression back on.
"I'm not here for a Chit-chat. Just tell me where the Tribrid is and you can continue your wedding," she stated coldly.
"Why don't you go ask the ancestors," someone said and I turned around to see Garr step out through a portal.
I smiled, happy that there was another Magician who was on our side.
"You again," The Witch said and I saw scarlet sparks form around her palms.
"I can just get what I need from any of them," She said with a smirk and glanced at all of us.
"Scintilla." Garr chanted and a purple spark of lightning fired out of his hand towards the Witch.
She stretched out her own hands too and the spark heading towards her disappeared into a dark hollow she created between her palms.
"Celeste," she chanted and an invisible force flung Garr across the hall.
"Inceria," Garr chanted and before he could hit the wall, he balanced in the air and slowly dropped to the floor.
I glanced between the both of them and then looked at my palms. I now had magical powers, and I just heard the chants I need.
I faced the Witch and suddenly stretched my right hand towards her.
"Celeste," I chanted and she got flung into the air. Before she could do anything, I chanted again, "Scintilla."
A golden flash of lightning fired out of my hand and hit her in the chest. The force threw the Witch against the wall and the bricks of the wall broke out.
"Great!" Garr yelled and I faced her.
"Celeste Pressarai. Hold her up," Garr said and I quickly looked at the Witch before she could regain composure.
She had fallen on the and was about to stand up.
"Celeste Pressarai," I chanted and she was lifted up again and smacked against the wall. She was unable to move or talk as the spell I had just cast caused an unseen force to hold her in place. Garr quickly moved forward and he began to rotate his palms in the air.
Purple waves followed the movement of his palms, whirling around in circles in the air. The waves grew bigger and bigger and they whirled towards the end of the hall where the Witch was being held up.
"Celeste Oblicus." Garr chanted and the whirling portal sucked the Witch into it before disappearing.
I dropped my hand and faced Garr.
"What spell was that?"
"A forceful portal to a random place I've never been to."
