Chapter 210

  Karen.

  "I'm sorry too." I sniffed.

"It shouldn't have been Jordan. It should have been me." I began to cry again and Stella moved closer to me, pulling me into an hug.

We suddenly broke the hug as I heard a buzzing sound in my room.

I turned around and saw a red spark forming in the middle of the room. What the heck is that??

Suddenly, the red spark disappeared and a man was standing on that same spot.

"Who the hell are you?" I asked and glanced at Draco's crib that was directly beside him scared.

"I'm Mor. I'm here as a savior, but I can be a nightmare to you," he said with his voice radiating with power. I could feel his presence everywhere in the room and whoever he was, I knew that he had extreme power.

He walked to Draco's crib and I rushed forward to stop him, but he raised up his clenched fist and I immediately froze in place.

He stopped by the crib and he looked inside with a light smile, gently tracing the edges of the crib with his finger.

"The Tribrid," he said with that same smile.

"The doom of the future and a spit in the face of balance," he continued with that same smooth voice.

"Anyway." His voice became rougher and louder suddenly.

"I'm going to need the both of you," he said, pointing at me and Draco. What does he want me too?

"Stella, a little nudge," I said and Stella quickly pushed me from behind.

I focused my magic that instant and I immediately broke out of the freezing spell.

"Get away from him!" I yelled and fired a golden blast at Mor. He didn't move an inch and just as the blast reached him, he faded out and the blast hit the wall at the opposite end of the room. He faded back into the same spot and he smirked.

"Want to try that again?" He asked with a cocky smile.

I looked over my shoulder as the door to my room opened.

"Karen, we heard a noise, is-" Kaden immediately stopped talking as he saw the man in my room.

"Who is he?" Kaden asked and I looked forward to look at Mor. He reached into the crib to pick up Draco and I tried to stop him again, but without even making an move, I felt an invisible wave fling me away.

I groaned as I fell on the floor and I watched as he carried Draco out of the crib.

"Don't you dare la-" Before Kaden could even get close to him, Mor snapped his finger and Kaden was suddenly flung back to the door and in turn, also pushing Lucas to the floor.

"You're needed to," Mor said and faced me. He suddenly clenched his fists and as he pulled his hand back, an invisible force began to pull me towards him. I didn't resist and as I got close to him, I flipped into the air and I tried to plant a double kick on his chest, but my lesgs went through the air without hitting anything and I fell to the floor on my back.

I groaned and slowly got up on feet again to see Mor reappear before me with Draco in his hand.

"We need to go," he said and suddenly grabbed me, clamping his hand on my wrist tightly.

"Incedius Interitum." I chanted and he suddenly let go of me. The spell affected the both of us and I groaned in pain as I felt my blood boil and the pressure build up in me.

Kaden suddenly got up on his feet and he rushed forward, zooming me away.

"Mortem." I chanted, pointing my hands at Mor, rendering unable to speak and say the chant needed to reverse it.

"Inceritum." I chanted, reversing the spell on myself. Kaden immediately rushed forward so he could take Draco from Mor who was already sweating profusely and groaning.

Mor stretched his hands at Kaden immediately, flinging Kaden away. I zoomed forward so I could stop him myself, but Mor suddenly snapped his fingers and he instantly disappeared with Draco.

"Draco!!!!!!" I screamed, standing where Mor had just been.

"It's okay. We'll find him," Kaden assured with his hands around my shoulder and sitting next to me on the bed.

"We'll find a way to track him down and take Draco back from him," Kaden assured.

"Where's Garr?" I asked and Kaden looked at Lucas and Stella.

"He should be in his room," Lucas said.

"Let's go," Kaden said and helped me up to my feet. We walked out of the room and stopped before Garr's room. Lucas knocked on the door several times, but there was no reply.

I grabbed the door knob and tried to open the door, but it was locked. I moved back a bit and I suddenly planted a kick on the door, causing it to fling open.

We walked in and saw that Garr wasn't in there. Lucas went into the bathroom and came out again, shaking his head.

I looked around and sensed his magic presence.

"He performed a spell here recently. Maybe a portal," I said.

"How do we know where he went? We need his help tracking down Mor," Kaden said and I got an idea immediately.

"I can cast a location spell," I said and immediately zoomed out of the room. I went into my room and grabbed one of the Grimoires Garr gave me and I zoomed out again.

I dropped the bed and was flipping through the pages to find the spell when Kaden called me.

"Karen, look at this." I turned around and looked at the floor where he was pointing at.

There were purple waves moving on the floor. It was Garr.

The waves kept dancing on the floor as it they were forming words and I looked at it carefully. What did he want to say?
