The day was bright and the flowers shone with different colors adding to the splendor of the day. The entire pack was in the estate and it bubbled with activities as everyone tried to get their hands on the arrangement.
Mary was in Camilla's room fixing her hair.
"You look beautiful!" Lisa exclaimed by the side of the door. She closed the door and scurried to where Camilla sat in front of the dressing table.
"The priest is ready and your groom can't wait to see you!" She beamed with a blinding smile.
Camilla could not contain her joy. She was so excited, her smile was all over the place. The day, she thought would never come had finally arrived.
She remembers when she had given up on their relationship. How heartbroken she had felt about the way everything was going and now finally Ethan was going to be hers.
She would be called his wife and he would be her husband. No one would be able to separate them.
Another knock came on the door. Camilla smiled, she knew who it was. She got up from the seat with her long dress and walked to the door. She opened the door and smiled at the person in front of her.
"My darling daughter," he called sweetly and Camilla hugged him.
She had dreamt of the day her father would get to his feet again and she would have a better life. But she was not even sure enough to dream this far. Her father was the one to walk her to the aisle. A dream she never thought could even be imagined was happening.
"Dad," she cried on his shoulders.
Lisa and Mary held their hands and they watched them with joy. It was a scene they all thought they'll never see.
Ethan had not only changed her life, but he had also brought joy into her life. He gave her back her father and more importantly he gave her his heart. She was his true mate and he was hers.
"Don't cry now my dear, you will mess up Mary's work," Mr. Taylor said.
Camilla sniffed away her tears and slipped her hand into their hook of his. "I won't cry ever again!" She giggled.
Mr. Taylor kissed the top of her head and led her out of the room to the gardens outside where the officiating minister was waiting.
They had arranged the garden in a way that it looked like a place cut out from heaven. Camilla knew they were werewolves and they didn't need such flamboyant ceremonies but she had insisted that she wanted it for herself either way.
To make her happy, Ethan had found a minister and a band to officiate the ceremony and he had the garden decorated to the last tree. All his pack members gathered around as they watched Camilla approach with her father to where their strong alpha who had saved them from death stood.
The band started playing soft music as soon as they saw her approaching the gardens. Camilla could not contain her smile, this was the best day of her life.
The officiating minister stood forward and Ethan stepped up to meet with him. Peter was right behind him as the best man.
"May we all rise to welcome the bride to be," The minister said in a sing-song manner.
The entire mass got on their feet and another tune started playing as everyone's eyes fell to the center where Camilla was coming with her dad.
It was a human ceremony but for Luna, they were ready to do whatever it took to make her happy.
"You are one lucky wolf," Peter whispered to Ethan and they both shared a smile.
Ethan turned his eyes to the passage where Camilla and her father were swaying forward to him, and their eyes met. Camilla was truly beautiful. The white dress, she wore accentuated her curves, making his groin luck in excitement. Tonight was going to be a wonderful one for him because he would finally mark her for the world to see.
Her scent rose above the sweet smells of flowers around them and he couldn't stop himself from gawking at her.
The goddess truly blessed him with the best of mates. All he had to do was stop her from being the criminal she was and there, she was left perfect for him.
Camilla's face glowed radiating the joy in her heart. As she looked up at Ethan she felt a blush creep up her face and she tried hiding it under her long lashes.
Ethan was almost drooling the closer she got to him.
The beauty radiating from her face was enough for even a blind man to see the gem he had found in the darkest of places.
Her wedding dress had been fixed to fit even the smallest of curves on her body, flowing like a liquid diamond from above her knees to her feet.
Camilla and her father finally got to Ethan. Mr. Taylor pulled Camilla's hand from the top of his and held her jaw lovingly. "You have made me proud," He whispered to her.
As he was stepping away he patted Ethan gently on the back before going to stand with the rest of the audience. He sat beside Mary while Lisa was with Peter.
The band stopped the music and the minister's sing-song voice filled the air once more.
"Now that we have our bride here, you may all take your seats."
The sound of feet and other movements filled the garden as everyone took their seats.
"We are all here today, to witness the union of Mr. Ethan Jadiel Peterson and Miss Camilla Louise Taylor, who have decided to take the right step in the eyes of God in heaven and the eyes of men."
Ethan held his hands in front of him and stared at Camilla. He noticed she was blushing as she listened to the minister and he was tempted to extend his hands to her, to calm her and tell her how beautiful she was.
"The book of our Lord says, a man shall leave his parent's house and take for himself a wife with whom he shall start his own family..."
Ethan wasn't even paying attention to the words the minister was saying, his mind and soul were with Camilla. He watched her every movement. The way a small muscle twitched on her face when her blush deepened made his groin throb with excitement.
"How londoessn things take again?" He whispered to Peter.
Peter smiled and shrugged. "I guess he is almost done."
Ethan rolled his eyes in frustration. He couldn't wait for the whole thing to be over so that he could have his freedom with his mate.
"Mr. Ethan Jadiel Peterson, do you wish to take Miss Camilla Louise Taylor as your lawfully wedded wife in front of all these good people seated here today, through the good times and the bad times, till death do you part?" The minister's sing-song voice boomed not just in the garden but deep within Ethan's heart.
Taking a deep breath, Ethan answered joyfully. "I do."
The minister nodded satisfied with the answer and turned to Camilla. "Miss Camilla Louise Taylor, do you wish to take Mr. Ethan Jadiel Peterson as your lawfully wedded husband in front of all these good people seated here today, through the good times and the bad times, till death do you part?"
"I do." She said, her smile so much she couldn't contain it.
"Good. Now, may the chief bride's maid and the groom's man please step forward with the rings."
Peter didn't realize it was his give them the rings, Lisa had to nudge him by the shoulder. They walked to where the couple stood and faced the minister.
Peter came closer with the ring box and gave the ring to Ethan. Lisa did the same with Camilla and the minister continued.
"Mr. Ethan, please take her hands..."
Lisa raised Camilla's hands and Ethan happily took it in his, holding the ring finger higher than the others, he placed the ring at the tips of her nails.
"You may exchange your rings." The minister told them in a low voice.
"I, Ethan give you this ring, to be a symbol of my love and protection."
Peter gave him a gentle tap on the back. "You did great, Alpha."
Peter might not be able to pull this off as well as Ethan but maybe after Lisa had delivered they would be able to do a little cute ceremony like this... Or perhaps they could bring back the old werewolf ceremony.
Then it was Camilla's turn. She took his hands and placed the ring at the tip of his ring finger and then she said,
“I, Camilla, give you this ring as a sign of my love and commitment to you. I promise to support you, care for you, and stand alongside you for all of our days. I love you, Ethan, you will always be my badass wolf!"
There were whistles and claps as everyone fell in love with Camilla's words. They all loved the fact that she didn't freak out when Ethan informed her that he was a werewolf. Many wolves that got mated with humans lost them because the moment they told them they were werewolves the humans would run away in fear. But Camilla stayed back and fought for her love.
"I now pronounce you, husband and wife..."
Camilla held on to his hands, smiling like the heavens had opened a door, especially for her. Ethan was her everything. He had accepted and forgiven her after everything she had done. All she took from him was nothing and he said he would give her a thousand more if only she would let him. She was truly blessed to have Ethan in her life and it mattered less that he was a werewolf.
"You may now, kiss your bride."
Ethan smiled happily for this was the only moment in human marriages he found interesting. He pulled Camilla by her waist and crushed his lips on hers. She melted into his arms and he deepened the kiss.
There were screams and shouts of joy as everyone clapped and the music returned louder than ever.
Ethan reluctantly pulled back and as required of him, he held her hand and they started walking down the aisle. They walked back to the house where the party would be taken place. If it was left for him, he would take her back to his room where he would take her into his arms and bury himself within her folds till the early hours of the morning. Because she was that amazing.
Camilla was over the moon at the arrangement Ethan had put in place for her happiness. As they got to the hall, her smile was almost as bright as the chandelier that lit up the place.
"Thank you so much baby," she whispered into his ears as they sat at the head of the hall, receiving a million congratulations from people.
"You are welcome!" Ethan said, kissing the side of her head.
His cock was already red and he didn't want to start thinking about it. She made him wait for so long. Ever since the first time he touched her, she had made him wait till after their wedding. That was why he couldn't wait for it to be over.
"Can't we leave the party already?" Ethan whined and Camilla threw her head back in laughter.
"We can't leave our wedding party, Ethan. We have to wait for a little while longer," she said laughing, that sweet laughter of hers.
Ethan was lost in the sound of her laughter. He could spend the rest of his life listening to her laugh. Truly the goddess had given him a present wrapped in gold.
His Luna was truly a pickpocket, she had stolen his heart forever.
