3. Carlos Decker

"Ana! Ana!" Aby pounded on Ana's door. Ana felt completely broken by what had happened to her sister. It felt impossible. Her life was instantly shattered. Her mother's sudden departure had thrown her life into chaos. She had been willing to become a prostitute to pay off her mother's debts, and now Aby had given herself to Hero. The cocky, damn loan shark.

Ana stood up. Still with tears in her eyes, she came out of her room. She looked at her sister with a pained expression.

"You shouldn't have to carry all this," Ana said, so sad.

"I'm sorry. I didn't want you working as a prostitute. You sleep with so many men. I just didn't want you to suffer because of Mom’s debt," Aby replied. She felt so much regret, but it was already too late.

Hero was interested in Aby, and he had manipulated her to satisfy his lust in exchange for her mother's debt being paid off.

"Hero's a scammer. He just wants your body. He just wants to sleep with you. You have no idea what a scumbag he is!" Ana hugged Aby. "And now he’s going to hold you captive."

Ana sobbed. She didn't want this to happen. Her life was already so miserable, but she still wanted to hope that her sister could be successful someday.

A short time later, several men broke into Ana’s apartment. Ana and Aby were shocked because they were able to get in even though the door was locked.

"Aby," Hero said with a grin, walking in.

Aby was shocked. So was Ana. Ana immediately protected her sister. She stood in front of Hero.

"Hero, don't. Aby didn’t do anything wrong. She's still too young. Please, not her," Ana begged.

Hero, however, smiled gleefully at the sight of Ana pleading. "Where's that arrogant look you had when you were mad about your mother? Oh, Ana, I’ll give Aby back to you after you give me a million dollars."

Hero then ordered his two henchmen to take Aby.

"No! No! Hero, please!" Ana screamed, but Hero's men still took Aby.

Ana fought back. She tried to hit Hero's henchmen, but she was just a weak woman. There was nothing she could do.

"Ahh!" Ana screamed.

Aby was also crying, but Hero still told his men to take her away.

Hero stared at Ana, who was screaming. He didn’t want the neighbors to hear her. He walked over to Ana and grabbed her by the neck.

"Shut up, or I’ll kill your sister!" Hero threatened. His vicious stare made Ana instantly fall silent. She didn’t want Hero to actually do what he said.

"Don't, don't kill my sister." Ana said, shaking her head. "I'll be quiet."

Hero smiled. He then released his grip from Ana’s neck. "Everything will be easy if you just do what I tell you. You can work harder. I know Zack has elite customers. But there's one person who can make you pay off that debt," He said.

"What do you mean?" Ana had never heard of a customer like that at the brothel.

"Carlos Decker. The owner of Zero One. A huge company in this country. He doesn’t like to be seen in public. But I know he’s been to Zack’s bar a few times," Hero said.

"I don't know that name," Ana replied. She really didn't.

"Of course not. You're not the type of woman who would work for a man with such high standards as Carlos Decker. He doesn’t sleep with just any prostitute. Zack probably gives him a better woman than you. Ask Zack if you can serve him. He’ll pay you a lot." Hero seemed to know a lot about Carlos Decker.

"You know about him?" Ana asked.

"Of course. He's a very prominent and unique person. My company has done business with them a few times." Hero then walked away. "Pay off your mother's debt or Aby will never come back!"

Hero just left. Meanwhile, Ana was a complete mess. She had lost her sister, and now she had to work even harder.

Ana arrived at the Lotus House. She was confused about what to do now. When Ana went inside, no one was in the brothel. It was usually very busy. Zack rarely closed his business unless it was a matter involving the government.

"Zack, Zack!" Ana called out. She was also confused because the other prostitutes weren't there either.

A man was sitting on the sofa near the stairs. The man was wearing very neat clothes. He was handsome but looked quite cold. He didn’t say anything, just stared at the confused Ana.

"Have you seen Zack, Sir?" Ana asked. She walked toward the mysterious man. Ana wondered why he was alone in the brothel.

"Zack must be somewhere. Are you the one Zack sent me?" the mysterious man asked. He looked Ana up and down. He didn’t smile at all.

Ana was surprised. Why was this mysterious man so calm? "Are you a customer here?" Ana asked.

"Hmm, I'm a very exclusive customer here. I don't come regularly. I thought Zack would have told you that I don't want a talkative prostitute."

Ana remembered Hero’s words about the man who could give Ana the money she needed. Was this mysterious man that person?

Suddenly, Zack arrived. He was out of breath and holding Wilma's hand, one of the prostitutes at the brothel. He was shocked when he saw Ana.

"Ana, what are you doing here? I already sent a message that there were no customers today!" Zack approached Ana and grabbed her hand.

Ana looked confused. She had forgotten where she had put her phone, so she hadn't seen Zack's message.

"Mr. Decker, I'm sorry. Wilma will be with you tonight," Zack said, pushing Wilma toward the mysterious man who was, in fact, Carlos Decker. The man Hero had mentioned.

"No, I don't want that woman." Suddenly, Carlos rejected Wilma. "I want the blonde one."

Carlos pointed at Ana. Even though Ana hadn't been recommended by Zack at all.

"Ana isn’t very experienced yet, Mr. Decker. She..."

"Are you refusing my money?" Carlos asked. It sounded more like a threat.

Zack had no choice. Carlos Decker was a very exclusive customer. He couldn't refuse him.

"Alright, Sir." Zack immediately told Wilma to leave. "You can go, Wilma. Tonight belongs to Ana."

Wilma was a little disappointed, but she couldn’t refuse Zack's order. She immediately left.

"Ana, you have to serve Mr. Decker," Zack said to Ana.

Ana looked at Carlos Decker. This felt like a surprise for her. Ana had to meet this man. Why was Hero so sure that Carlos could help her? Whatever it was, Ana had to try. She had to save her sister.

Ana put a smile on her face. She tried to act friendly toward Carlos Decker.

"Hi, Mr. Carlos Decker," Ana greeted.
