I was deeply shaken after leaving Nathan's room and walking to my room. I closed my room door behind me and rested on the door, trying to process everything that had happened in the past few hours. It was a lot to process but at least I was glad that even if it was terrible, it was more bearable as Philip had not had the chance to rape me. If that had happened, I wondered how I would have felt right now because I already felt like shit.
