Nathan’s POV

Suddenly, I heard screams of pain coming from everyone except Erica and me, something or someone else was in the room with us.

The darkness was suffocating, and I couldn't see my hand in front of my face. I reached out, trying to find Erica.

“What the hell is going on?” I heard her yell.

"Erica, grab my hand!" I yelled above the chaos.

I felt her hand grasp mine, and I pulled her close. "We need to get out of here, now!"
