All I wanted to do was take a shower and get some sleep. I checked my time and it was almost two in the morning.

Great! Daybreak is almost here.

As I got up to take a shower, I took note of my surroundings.

The motel was not so fancy, but it could work. It’s nothing like what I’m used to back at the pack house, but we’re only staying here for two days then we’re on the move again.
