“Who is she?” I questioned Maya.

“Natalie Strovska.”

“No. Who is she and how do you know her?” I asked again. I could feel Maya trembling.

Maybe I was a little too hard on her with the killing threat. We had gotten back to our motel and were all in my and Daniel’s room.

It was already dark and it was too risky to move.
