But just then, I saw my chachu rushing to us and he whispered something to Mom and Dad. They all rushed inside hurriedly.

What happened all of a sudden??

I went after them as I felt that something was not right.

They all rushed to Gauravi's room, what happened?? Is she not feeling well?? Oh, God!!

I rushed there and followed them to her room.

" Where is Gauravi?? " Dad asked as she was not in the room.

" Must be in the washroom. " Mom replied

" Sid, why did you call us here saying that it is an emergency? Is she not well?? " Dad asked.

" Bhai, we need to stop the wedding, Gaurvi is not here. "

" WHAT??? What do you mean she is not here?? " Dad yelled at Chachu.

" Bhai... She can't get married to Mihir."

" SID?? What are you saying? "

" Relax, Gautam... " Malhotra uncle was saying.

" Relax?? Are you out of your mind?? Sid, explain, what do you mean by that and where is Gauravi?" Dad was getting furious.

" Gautam, listen to me, I will answer all the questions. Gaurvi can't get married to Mihir as she is with Shlok now." Malhotra Uncle said and Dad got so angry that he caught his collar and punched Uncle. " How dare he?? "

" He can dare to do it as she is pregnant with his child. You can't stop Shlok from getting married to her, they love each other," he said

" Tami, what are you doing here? Please leave!!! " Me m saw me and said.

I got out of the room but was so shocked at what happened... So I stayed there in the corridor a few rooms away but could hear them yelling.

" Imagine yourself in Shlok's place, would you have allowed your love to marry another man when she was carrying your child??" Sahil uncle said.

" Shut up, Sahil!! "

" What's wrong with you, Gautam? I know what they did was wrong, but try to do what Sahil just said. Think of our daughter, she would never be happy with Mihir as she doesn't love him. We all live here and what will happen when they all meet on some occasions?? Do you remember how your relationship got so awkward with Mehul because you proposed to Megha unknowingly? They were not even in love with each other at that time. Imagine that Gaurvi is pregnant with Shlok's baby. How will the three of them handle the situation?? I know Mehul is your friend, but so are Sagar and Sahil. Sahil is right. Let me talk to Megha. I will sort it out. " Mom said.

Three of them kept arguing. But both Chachu and uncle were not ready to call Shlok back here. Dad was frustrated. Mom was trying to calm all three of them and find a solution but Dad was very upset. I was shocked at what was happening, so I went away as It didn't feel right to stand there while they were arguing.

I was feeling very bad for everyone. Especially for Mihir as he was madly in love with her.

Third person's POV

Megha got a call from Maurvi as she asked her to come to Gauravi's room discreetly. Megha came within 5 minutes, she saw Gautam, Maurvi, and Sid in the room and they all looked tensed.

" Maurvi, will you please tell me what is the problem?? " she asked.

" Megha, I don't know how to explain this, but the wedding needs to be called off... "

" Are you kidding me?? Stop playing prank, Gautam. Maurvi, I didn't expect this from you at least. "
