I should have left when I got the chance but now, here I am spending time with my ex's fiance who happens to be my best friend. Not only that, but they both got to see me at my worst, having the worst panic attack I've had in years. So it's back to therapy for me, at least until I can hold my emotions again, which I was sure I could up until this morning.
