From the moment I opened my mouth to say that, I knew I shouldn't have made that kind of suggestion. But I only did it because I was desperate and didn't know how to stop her from leaving.

We would never be able to get her again if she leaves here. It would be hard for us to get her back and other men might take her away from us.
