The sound of my phone buzzing pulled me from my thoughts. I had just finished a call with one of my men, discussing the latest movements of the Crescent Moon pack. Things were tense, and I needed all the information I could get to stay ahead. But when I saw Ruby’s name flash on the screen, my stomach dropped.
