Rocky arrived after Darius summoned him, and as he turned to face him, he let out a big exhale.

"You sent for me, boss," Rocky said, gently bowing and waiting for him to continue with his request.

Darius didn't say anything for a long time. Instead, he raked his hands through his hair and breathed in and out as he considered how to express what was on his mind. How could he say this? Where would he even begin?
