I walk slowly into the building, ignoring the trepidation crawling in my stomach. The talk with Rosa left me somewhat drained emotionally; it was like reopening an old wound.

The meeting is going to be quick and short, that's a relief. I don't know how I would have made it an hour or two alone with Thane without losing my wits.
