“Huh?” Lina asked, her brows pinching together, and I forced a fake smile on my face.

“I will go,” I said curtly, my voice low but sharp. My legs felt like they were shaking slightly under me. Kai walked closer to his desk and I quickly stood from the chair I was sitting on.
