As the vehicle entered the kingdom of Aromania, I took in the surroundings with interest. At an elevation of 6000 feet above sea level, dense forests of European black pine and common beech, rocky ridges, mountain streams, and lakes dotted the entire area. Shrouded in a blanket of thick fog, visibility was poor around the area, creating a magical ambiance all around.
