The next few days were a nightmare. I tried to handle the other collaborations my pack had with neighbouring clans. Small deals. Trade agreements. Territory arrangements. Things that should have been simple.

But nothing was simple anymore.

I sat in a meeting room with representatives from the Northridge clan. They were supposed to deliver grain shipments to us. We had been trading with them for years. It was a routine agreement. Easy. No problems.
