"Is today's energy extraction ready?" I heard Jasper ask one of the soldiers that was with him, and the soldier nodded emphatically.

"The witch is all set, she's just waiting for a word from you and it's all yours for your enjoyment." the soldier remarked and Jasper grinned from ear to ear.

"Come on." Jasper said to Camille and they walked into the next room together.

"Energy extraction." I whispered and looked up at Ryder in confusion, "Do you know what that is?"
