“Thank you so much!” I gushed for the thousandth time to Georgina, Nora's mum.

She chuckled. “I'm just glad that it's all over. I only did what was right.”

“Thank you, mum.” Nora breathed beside me.

Her eyes had been puffed lately because she wouldn't stop crying and worrying. Hopefully, she would sleep better tonight.
