“You are doing well, Mrs. Bennett.” The doctor smiled at me as he checked the chart in his hand.

I smiled back, pleased to hear that. That was good news as I couldn't wait to get back home. Not that I was itching to end up again in Sasha's clutches but I missed my bed and the freedom of being in one’s personal space.

And I believed I had worn the hospital dress enough.
