The next morning felt wrong.

Not quiet. Not loud.

Wrong.

I noticed it the moment I opened my eyes. The air in my room felt heavy, like something unseen was pressing down on my chest. Lysa was awake before me, tense and alert, her energy sharp instead of calm.
