Riding Taylor’s motorbike, which I was sure was a death trap, had now become a new normal for me. He brought it one night, claiming it was faster and he wanted to get me home in time, so I didn't miss my morning classes.

Since I had no other option, I hopped on and held on too tightly to him. Since then, he'd bring the motorcycle and shrug. “To get you home faster.”
