RIVER 

My blood is boiling, and my entire core is shaking as I walk out of the cafe with Caleb’s hands. I can’t shake out the picture of Vanessa’s hands looped in Taylor’s and him pulling her closer with his hands on her shoulder. 

It was supposed to be a stage-only thing. Where they were actors, it would have been easier to get over it if it was only that, but seeing him be so cosy with her, knowing she was a better fit for him than I was, was heart-wrenching.
