I spent Christmas and New Year trying to research everything I needed to successfully co-lead the project with Caleb. Ashley was the most supportive, cheering me and telling me I deserved the lead position and not the co-lead because she is convinced I am better than Caleb. 

I realised that for this study group to work, I have to be better than Caleb, and even though I do not want to, I find myself reading more and more research papers.
