Isla pulls into my driveway, Timothy's truck is already parked there.

"Oh shit, he's home." Isla grins at me. "This should be fun."

"Don't say anything," I warned her, grabbing my shopping bag.

"Me? Never." She laughs. "I should get home anyway take care, bitch."

"Love you too." I climb out of the car.

Isla waves as she backs out. I stand in the driveway, clutching the black shopping bag. My heart pounds against my ribs.
