It’s few minutes past 9 when I get the phone call

“Mr. Banks, I’m so sorry but your wife was involved in a fatal car accident”

“We need you to come identify the body”

My whole world stopped. What did they mean Kendra was in a fatal…..

I can’t even repeat the words.

She’s d-e-e-ead?

“Mr. Banks? Can you hear me?”

“We need you to come identify the body”
