I slowed down my pace, and pressed a hand on Samantha's forehead as soon as we entered the palace.

She blinked and slowly turned to me. "What are you doing?"

"Checking if you're okay." I replied "You've been awfully quiet since we left MoonGrove palace.

She smiled and pulled my hand down, but didn't let go. "I'm fine. Just... a bit tired. That's all".
